TAOKE ENERGY announced that two grid-scale battery sites developed through its SPC PP6 LLC entered Japan's primary balancing (一次調整力) market in September 2026. TAOKE ENERGY Co., Ltd. (HQ: Tokyo) announced via PR TIMES on 28 September 2026 that two grid-scale battery sites developed through SPC "PP6 LLC" (PP6合同会社) entered the primary balancing market in September 2026.
Follows entry of two projects into the balancing (需給調整) market in July; further development planned.
Sites: high-voltage battery stations at Naka-Daimon-cho, Kakamigahara, Gifu (2MW) and Higashinoda, Oyama, Tochigi (2MW), per image captions.
Both projects are part of a battery-station fund business using external capital.
Operation conducted with subsidiary POWER POOL as aggregator.
In-house EMS integration and verification enabled compliance with strict control requirements and high-precision response for primary balancing.
