Marubeni Shin-Denryoku and Sun Village announced that all four grid-scale battery projects first announced in October 2025 completed entry into Japan's balancing market in September 2026. The projects, developed and owned by Sun Village in Tochigi and Saitama prefectures, are operated by Marubeni Shin-Denryoku as aggregator.
